Placeholder document. The text below describes the intended practice and is not legal advice. Knox Doors and their counsel must review and replace it before this site handles a single real application.

This page covers what Knox Doors collects when you apply to knock, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

Only what the application form asks for: your name, email, mobile number, the market you want, how long you have sold door to door, and anything you type into the notes field.

We do not ask for a social security number, a date of birth or bank details at the application stage. If you are hired, that information is collected separately through the onboarding paperwork.

Why we hold it

To contact you about the role you applied for and to route your application to the manager who runs that market. Nothing else.

How we contact you

By email, phone and SMS about this role. Message rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the messages end.

Who sees it

Knox Doors staff involved in hiring, and the systems we use to store applications. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to a carrier or a third party recruiter.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from your application, so a manager can come back to you when a territory opens. Ask us and we delete it sooner.

Getting your data removed

Email the address on the contact page and say you want your application deleted. Knox Doors to confirm the address and the response window.
